Local Marketing Nationwide

For Contractors in the DC/MD/VA area here is a marketing tip for you guys.

As the election comes to an end. The administration will hire new employees and new employees will come into the market. These new potential customers will by houses, condos and town homes.

You must start marketing to them now. Since they are not in the area you need to find away to market to them where they are.

They are searching now for housing and contractors. Some have already obtained jobs offers and are in the area looking

The top states.cities looking at my website from out of the areas in no particular order are. Illinois, NY, Georgia, California, Pennsylvania.

6000k Hits from Oct 1-31. all from out of state.

How can you market to them?? The internet???

PS: You can mail me a check for the amount you feel adequate

Impressive. That's great that you are thinking 2 steps ahead of the game. Unfortunately I'm from Cincinnati, so I can't take advantage of that in your area. But what are your thoughts to questions you posed? What is your normal monthly traffic?

Much success with taking advantage of the new opportunities.

For me CB I do internet and print materials delivered to select houses. Some one/persons in your town will be effected by the elections. You just have to think about what jobs, positions government agencies will be effected by the change.

In this area it is 150k minimum turnover more if the admin switches from republicans to democrats.

I just want 100 of them to send 50K or more with me

rbs...good target. you need to be very accurate. The target is so limited, you will find that they were target years ago by companies that are already linked to the parties, if your a party member and have been propecting and handing out cards, this will help out and you may have a chance. Politics is all about back scatching and palm greasing.....I love that fact that a target is seen.
You may need to think of targeting a certain Lady Sarah for the next election and her party members, although some of her latest advisor will not be looking to build or renovate anything soon as they will be looking for work.

Re: Local Marketing Nationwide

actually the target is not that limited to me.

150k new customers coming and going. 300K

The ones leaving have 3-9 months to get it renovated, painted or spruce up to be sold.

The new ones coming in want it done asap very few contractors are capable of doing work on a quick notice i specialize in that along with permit experditing

I have been cultivation relationships with potential clients 2-6 months before they even move and will have the permits started Nov 9.

I have done this for 3 election cycles now. The realtors have the power here.

That is awesome traffic. I've been reviewing some Footbridge sites and they all look very solid.

Do you know if they keep doing active SEO for your site over the years? How long ago did they start working on your site?

They "done good."

You are #1 for remodeling and #4 for contractors in Google for DC. Also ranking in Google's local 10 pack.

What are your biggest traffic keywords, do you know? (You can PM me if ya wanna keep it hush hush. )

Awesome site. I guess this is officially a Footbridge plug. Do you think they'll shoot me a commission?

Yes they email suggestions, call up and make changes to help keep the ranking in place

Washington dc remodeling contractor,
dc general contractor,
Washington dc general contractor,
bathroom remodeling contractor Washington dc,

kitchen remodeling contractor Washington dc,
basement remodeling contractor, dc,

You should try to get a link to them they are partnered with a few other sites. I am sure they can work out an arrangement.

The funny thing is Paul a lot of new faces do show up from out of town. Their will be a lot of out of town interior designers, architects etc coming in to make a splash.

Until they go down to our permit office and run into hell. Then while I am down there or one of my team members, we scoop them up while they are down and depressed from the vicious attacks from the permitting ladies.
