Response from LeadQual via e-mail:

Our pricing is $5.00 per lead processed thru our system. Note that we
don't provide the leads, only call those leads that you submit to us.
If we qualify the individual, we then live transfer to you out in the
field, or your designee. Note that if we don't reach the consumer on
the first attempt, we try up to 4 more times.

Our minimum billing is $500/month.

I probably also received a response from Leads 360, but I only entered in my fax number, which rang almost instantly after I submitted the request.

But, I specifically wrote that I wanted an e-mail response first, prior to speaking with a representative, so they lose points on not being able to read.
