I would say Twitter. One thing though that annoys me is people who tweet 20 times an hour. I think it's enough to post an update a few times a day, otherwise you clog people's feed and they might be tempted to block (or "unfollow") you - I know I've "unfollowed" people who day after day post tweets every few minutes...
