So let me play devils advocate for a minute. Let's say you have a disgruntel customer or employee and he decides to trash your business on your FB page. What do you do then?

You have the option to delete posts on your page and there are certain settings to stop people from posting on your wall.

We use it as well.

I cannot post links since I have under 15 posts at the moment. When I achieve the posts I will post it.

However, we have very few fans at the moment... in fact, not many at all. Most people find us through our Internet site, but not through our Facebook site. Continue to hoping we can get some fans and make things happen with the site.

I just created a business account on FB. However, others are unable to view my page, my name does not appear in the search engine even if one enters my email address and I am not interested in creating a profile as this forces me to create a personal FB account.

What am I doing wrong? Have anyone else ran into these problems?

Kindly awaiting a response from someone who can assist with my FB challenges.

I started mine yesterday. How do I search for "other companies" FB pages. I tried in the search window but it only found web sites for a few, nearby companies but no FB pages.

John,
Yes. You have to set up a personal account to get the business page to work (you can have separate privacy settings on your personal and business pages). They will work separately once you have both setup. On your business page you are your business profile, anywhere else on FB other than your business page you will be your personal profile.

Just do a generic search on FB of your City or County to see local pages. But, typing in a specific business page in the search box should make that business show up. I searched "Just Exteriors" and only your website showed up.
