My first, best, and only solution at this point in time would be to suggest that you research that question by doing a search on this very forum. Not by asking the questions first, but by reading the archives, then asking the questions. There is a wealth of information here for the taking but you have to go find it. Do a little legwork and you will be suprised at what you find.
Good luck.

If you have a business land line that listed in your carrier yellow page directory. fill out the free business profile for every yellow page, yellow book. or business directory you can find. Plug as many key categories as they allow (for free) At the same time put in your web site url in these free online listings. These back links will generally help your site. don't bite when they call you to "upgrade" for an advertising fee. they will try to sell you on higher visibility. But that just with them. wont help with anyone else. More people use google than these old school directories. even online. But filling out the profile does help. http://advertising.superpages.com/sp...siness-listing Last edited by A W Smith; 05-20-2009 at 07:41 PM. |

Mike's right .... but to add some help in your searching, try both "SEO" or "Search Engine Optimization". At a minimum, have your home page optimized for the state-cities you serve, and never forget.... it's all about people finding your site when they do not know your company name.

Create something on your site that people will want to see again, tell other people about, and link to. This is sometimes called "linkbait".
And again, business cards are mobile mini billboards that direct people to your website.

Re: I Need Advise/help, What's The Best Way To Advertize My Website And Get Leads?
all great ideas!
May I add: 1. list yourself in the google local business directory. 2. Look into AdWords and decide whether it's right for you or not. 3. I can't post links yet, but search for a keyword tool, (google has a good one) and select a couple (5-10) that you want to focus on. include local keywords, since I imagine you are trying to find local customers. 4. Use Google Analytics, and see whats going on with your existing website traffic, find out sources, etc! This will require you to put a little snippet of tracking code in your pages. Good Luck!
