How To Target A Specific Employer For Sales?

Locally, we have a large company (for us) that employs 1-3K of full time employees who make a good income (60K or more). Any ideas on how I could get a list of those employees and send them some literature? I have thought of going thru their HR dept, but they don't seem hugely receptive. Any ideas? I could send email or land mail to their offices or land mail to their homes, just need the data to do it....

You did it right by approaching the HR dept. Some companies will even distribute your offers for you to their employees. Sounds like they aren't that receptive. You'll either have to approach them again in another way or stand outside and hand their employees your flyer as they drive by. Other than that unless you have a back door to their info I don't see you being able to get their addresses.

Most companies that size have a newsletter. They may have an advertising section or a discount section that you can place an ad in.

Does the company do charity work, would they like to team up? Does their break room need a new countertop - nothing beats doing work on their property wearing a nicely logo'd shirt with your company truck
parked out front.

Know your target & fire wisely - 1 miss aimed shot = bad name, lost sales, etc...
