Let's see.................How about mass mailing everyone and anyone involved in the concrete industry. Looks like a neat tool though. What else can it do?

That seems like a pretty involved project.
1. Why don't you market it similar to your other products.
2. If it's your only product, it seems to me like a pretty big investment to design, build, prototype, engineer, research, develop, design again, repeat, find manufacturers, suppliers.....ALL WITHOUT KNOWING YOUR MARKET!!! I wish I had that kind of free time and money to invent new tools in my basement.

Unless that device also bends rebar, I can't see you would have much of a market.....cutter/benders that work fine go for around $200...of course, there is always eBay.

That's exactly what I was thinking, however he is doing it with ettiquite.

Ebay is a nice place to test the market for very little investment. If you actually see some sort of interest I'd contact the suppliers where your demographic shops for equipment and rebar and ask them to become a distributor.

That post seems suspiciously like a Babel Fish translation from Chinese to English.
