Home Building Seminars

Fiddling with some different marketing ideas. Have tried builders open houses in the past now I'm thinking about hosting some "Building a new home" seminars at some local hotels.

I was curious to see if anyone has tried this and how it worked out for you. I see other builders do one every quarter. Figuring this might be cheaper than throwing money into home shows or print ads.
