Help Me Choose A New Logo

I have been working with a graphic artist to redesign my logo, we came up with a concept that I like but I cant decide on the final color scheme. I have a favorite, but am at odds with choosing it. I have a friend on here who has given me advice and I think we both like one of these schemes more because you cant help but be drawn to it.

what do you guys think?

(I realize the green has a mispelling that wasnt initially caught b/c I was looking more for the style than the spelling)

also the highlights/lowlights were removed from the blue b/c of printing issues, but the web version would include these effects.

I like the blue version, but maybe because I use blue behind my letters on my work trailer.

White cargo vans and trucks, and uniform shirts.

I have the designs without the black background/gray outline, but plan to use a black background for
some marketing material so i only included those designs.

I think the blue looks the best, followed by red The green makes the back drop look like a foggy day.

I don't like the font for the lower word, Property Solutions and Commercial & Residential, it's kind of hard to read, maybe to small or to hard to read font. I like the blue the most.

Can I be the bear of bad news? If I were to pick one out it would be red.

Do yourself a favor print all three out in color and stick all three on a blank wall. Now step back 6-8 feet and tell which one hits you in the face.

Bingo the RED one.

Now for the bear of bad news what do you do for a living?? Your name or your logo tells me nothing. Your a solution to what? Your name is fine but give me something that clearly tells me what you do!

You have 3-5 seconds to grab me as your client? Gee nice looking shirt but I wonder what he does?

So before you crank up the printing presses think about it first. Good luck

I am actually leaning toward the red, but green is a color you dont see used much. I actually have several concepts that have slight variations, instead of commercial residential, my tag line, or services.

I appreciate the feedback guys, I will ask the designer to try some different fonts that are easier to read.

YUP, I was leaning towards the BLUE, but when I think about what best grabs attention from further away....it's the RED!

So there you are, probably even still confused We seem to like the BLUE, RED and GREEN.
