Google Image Ad...where'd It Go?

I was playing around in a content campaign for google adwords that I've been playing with.

When you're on the "Ad Variations" tab inside an ad group there are some link buttons, they read:

Text ad | Image ad | Local business ad | Click-to-play video ad Customize columns

I've always just made Text ads. Out of curiosity I made an "Image ad". Problem is, once you click save the ad just disappears into the stratosphere. Where is it and how do you change/delete/edit or view it?

I've always just made Text ads like you do for the Search network. Out of curiosity I made an "Image ad". Problem is, once you click save the ad just disappears into the stratosphere. Where is it and how do you change/delete/edit or view it?
