Good Place To Get Direct Mail Addresses
Ok, I did this a while ago but wanted to wait and see what type of response I got before posting (in case it didn't work).
Using my son's school directory, I sent out a letter to all the parents in his grade at his school. It was an easy connection (I like advertising to people who I can somehow connect with) and getting the addresses was free. So I paid a few cents per copy of letter, stamps, envelopes, etc. I did that a month ago and the calls have been coming. I started with just one grade but am going to send out another batch to another grade soon. I sent out about 75 letters, and so far have had 18 calls, 12 appts and closed on 4 jobs. The others were either no or undecided. Hoping to get some more calls but even if I don't,I'm pretty happy with the price and results. Does any one else have any good direct mail strategies? |

Re: Good Place To Get Direct Mail Addresses
I used geoselector.com to pinpoint the neighborhoods I wanted to target. They sent the labels ready to go.
