Going To Have My Truck Lettered. Input Appreciated
This is the most recent proof from my sign guy. I like it, but thought I would run it by y'all for input.
![]() P.S. I know the website is crap. It will be addressed before being advertised on the truck. |

IMHO: "Renovations" should be in slightly larger lettering. The Name of your company is quite visible, but what you do, is barely noticable, from a distance.

Web address needs color.
Agreed that "Renovations" needs to be larger. One might think that you are a surfboard company. Place the phone number on the front fender and this will give you the 2-3 inches of space to raise "Pacific Shore" and enlarge the trade. Enlarge the Tail Insignia by moving the web address up to the rear window.

You may want to consider putting your web address on the windshield and back window as well. Overall, I think your design looks good.

If you put the web address on the front windshield............Make it reverse and fairly large.

This is what Raul Julia says............"The First Rule in Italian driving is, what is behind you doesn't matter" (Gumball Rally 1976)
But this is not Italian driving.

Those trucks look waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to corporate. Everybody is going to think you're working for the man or something. I'd highly recommend doing your lettering like we do our trucks.

Looks good but I agree Renovations should stand out more. Unless you are very well known who would know what you do? People looking for Renovations are not looking for your company name unless like I said you are already well branded.

I install alot of graphics, I see alot of logos that catch my eye but I can't read the name. Also, looks like they have the logo a little low to avoid the door handle, I think i'd raise it and have the handle in between Pacific & Shore. Also, remember you can't drive like a maniac with your name on your truck. gotta be nice ! I like your colors. Tin Cup |

I haven't done it yet. I'm strongly leaning towards scaling the lettering back quite a bit. Probably just the doors and tailgate will get lettered. I've been pretty slow lately and have decided to spend my advertising money elsewhere for now. I still intend to letter the truck soon.

Re: Going To Have My Truck Lettered. Input Appreciated
I have nothing on my truck, nothing on my trailer, no advertising. People seek me out, I think it is a level of aininimity (sp?) I sure get plenty of calls and keep growing each year. I think having your customers advertise your work to all they know is still the best way to do it. Hell I have 3 or 4 job signs and I think 2 of those haven't ever been used, I wonder where they are at? Sorry man It looked way to busy to me.

The round logo in the center of the door would look nice and professional. All the other stuff looks like a rolling billboard. (jmfuo)
