Finding Your Target

What are three key points that you look for in a customer that you use to target that customer for the work you do?

Some of mine are:
  1. The Year the home was built.
  2. Location.
  3. Known past projects.

Re: Finding Your Target

How long they have owned the property
How much money they make, where they work and how long employed
Have they remodeled before.
Will they respect my decisions or be a PITA
How difficult will the project be and the length of time to complete it
How old are they

Re: Finding Your Target

Finding your niche, is knowing your target. It seems so simple,
1. Find a condition.
2. Study the condition.
3. Determine why the condition has occurred.
4. Create a plan of action on how to rectify the condition.

The same goes for your targeting market.
