Fiberglass Sideing For Homes

I weould like to know if there is any Company that has Fiberglass Sideing for Homes, it same as if it would be better than Vinyl Sideing for homes.

If there is any Fiberglass Sideing out there can you tell me the PRO'S and CON'S of it? and who makes it?

What makes you think it would be any good, attractive or usable?

Ownes Corning has chosen to put 100s of millions into the production of cultured stone instead of fiberglass siding. - Does that tell you something? It is one of the few things using concrete that have gone to Europe. Usually, the good advances go from Europe to the U.S.

Nothing is cheaper than vinyl, so I guess they went with a more upscale product for exterior walls instead of fighting in the low-ball price gutter.

I can't say that I have ever seen fiberglass siding around these parts.

unless you have a reg maintenance program to soak the house in flotrol you will have a house of horrors that will warp, twist and crack
