What is the concensus when it comes to Website generated leads that email for an appointment.

I am running at 100% qualified for the last 12 months....

from your own website? 100% qualified... depending on your site they can/should be highly educated on your company, your services, etc.

Next to a relationship-based lead (like a word-of-mouth referral, past customer, etc.) - this should be your highest qualifed lead.

Re: Email Leads

Very good.
You would think after they take their time filling the form in detail
they are interested prospects.
Also they do that after the learn about your company.

Yes for our site, about 15 percent are BBB customers, 5 percent from builder and contractor associations the balance are area refered, (cusotmers who have seen us in a area and somehow become to know the customrers) and educated web surfers. The phone leads are about 50/50 not to say the will not become qualified, but shoppers at best....
I know it has to do greatly with the economy right now that is why I am looking for a concensus, for not such a local viewpoint.
