Eek...Just Got My First Lead And Have No Experience Selling

But we all gotta start somewhere right? Any tips to make the sell? Im starting a small masonry restoration business (TPC). I checked out the number and Im sure its a house. I got the lead the first day my ad ran in the paper even though they listed me as Some Point Restoration instead of Sunpoint Restoration.

Explain the proper precedures for the work you are performing. Explain where other companies will cut corners.

Explain everything to the customer. You want to make the customer feel that it would be complete ridicoulous to hire anybody but you.
