Dodge Reports

Anyone use Dodge reports to pick up new leads? Do they work out for you?

Re: Dodge Reports

They are good for commercial work.

The reports are expensive. I had an arrangement with a guy one time that sold lockers to schools, he took all the school leads, and I got the rest. Saved a lot of money. If you have a friend in a non-competing industry, you could try for a similar arrangement.

Stopped subscribing, when the envelope started getting thin, and was filled mostly with repeat projects.

Agreed.

They have some kinda technoology. I was working w/ a non-competitive trade subsrciber.

Suddenly we were BOTH examined. Xrays here. Xrays there. Etc.They took it like you or I would ...

I made little money and found them expensive. In retro, I'd rather pick a neighborhood I wanna OWN and spend 1 yr advertising to them wiith 1 or 2 other GOOD non-competitive contractors.

Now, that's OUR service.
