I signed up for the "free" notifications but have never followed up on any. The ones that are emailed to me always seem to be people the have the materials and want to pay $10-$15 and hour for the labour - not even close to being worth the time or effort for me.

I signed up for the "free" part too, I think the trick is when you get the "e-mail" for a lead. Get the free info. It has a name and sometimes and intersection, use the power of the internet/phonebook, and take a walk in the area with a fyler or promo piece with you to drop off in the general area, or if you get the address go straight to them. I have recieved only two "free" leads, got the first name and intersection, whent on Canada411 and did a search, found one of them. (didn't get the job though, he was just checking for prices)
