ConstructionDeal.com

I do not know if this has previously been addressed. Please be wary of ConstructionDeal.com. They started out with an annual fee (reasonable) to receive leads, test the system. A few months back they converted to pay per lead. You have to start with a BANK and then they still take the money out for "Bogus" leads that they send.

Originally you would have to "Respond" and then you would receive the information then they would "deduct" or charge.......NOT ANY MORE.

Anything they send, they charge. Beware

Based on my experience with pay per lead (other sites), usually 1 out of 4 would convert for me. If you don't have any luck just quit most likely it is bogus.
