Company Resume...Need Some advice and suggestions

Hey guys hows it going. I recently wrote up a resume for my company that i intend to submit to the School Construction Authority for some work on some of the school projects in my area. My company is run by me and my two sons. I never worked for the city before but they offer larger prajects which will help me develop and expand my company further. My company is a general construction company but we specialize in waterproofing and masonry restoration because these jobs seem most proiftable for our company. So i would like your professional opinions and suggestions how i should either alter or add more to my resume before i sub it it. Greatly appreciated guys.

50 years combined exp? What 50 guys @ 1 year, 2 @25, or what? It means nothing & is kinda of a joke
Experience working with landmarks - which ones?
How do you excavate a roof?

Look at a professionals resume - experience they show companies (or in your case locations) they have worked at. Imagine this had someones name on it & they were coming to get a job from you? Would you hire them? Why would anyone else?

You need 5 items - who we are, what we do, where we have been, when all the above took place, and finally HOW we can help you (How we can help you is generally in a cover letter - but it still applies)

Throw it in the trash. I get faxed emailed, carrier pigeon, 20 of those a week.

I just dump them in the can

Take a deep breath. Why do I need you, what makes you different?

On your resume your Text and ideas has to be original. It has to not look like the flock.

That looks like every other crappy Resume I have seen for the last year

What can you do to really, really make me want to stop and read your resume or better yet call your company.

Pink paper? funny joke to start it off?? There has to be something unique?
