Commercial Painting Jobs
Hello everyone. first post....
I own a residential painting company and would like to start bidding on commercial jobs. the question is where do I begin, who do I call, how do I find them? Thank you kindly |

I would contact local commercial construction companies as a starting point. Try to stop by their offices in person as well as leaving a well written typed letter to introduce yourself.
Stress the ability of your company to start on time & meet deadlines delivering a quality paint job as specced on the plans, and ask for the opportunity to bid on a job. |

You might want to try contacting the smaller GC's who do TIs or smaller build outs. Maybe talk to some dry wallers, too. They might be able to put in a good word for you.
