Re: Canvassing

Wow!! LOL !!!
Hey gutterguy,
I am not sure where you get your information(nor do I really care) since I never posted the company name that I worked for and not to mention my name. You must have the best investigator's in the world or you just hear of great success with canvassing in the North.

Don't blame someone for visiting with me, I am a believer in networking. This could have been a good idea for the company that I worked for. My boss told me he wanted leads from a certain area, and I was going to help him with that through networking with someone who dose not compete with his company. That did not sound like a bad idea to me.

I alone started this department within that company. I had the best intentions for them. I can not believe the way the acted and are still acting. I believe they thought they were paying me too much money and they feel now that they have 10, they can handle it without me. Maybe they are right, who cares?
Either way, I don't. I am just moving forward. I believe that canvassing really works and will continue to disscuss it with anyone who wants to.

I agree Ruskent. I was also wondering how Gutterboy knew who you were WPC. You never mentioned the company you worked for.

Re: Canvassing

When I started this discussion it was my intention to share ideas on canvassing. I would like to keep this positive and stay focused to wards the goal. The one thing people don't understand about canvassing is that this is not door to door sales. I do not believe that the people you have should try and sell products or services this way. The main purpose is to generate a quality lead. Unlike any other lead service, direct mail, radio,INTERNET leads, door knockers, job signs, and any other lead source you can think of, you can get immediate results. Isn't that what it is all about?

Re: Canvassing

Folks, this forum isn't a place to publically call someone's character into question. You can do that on your own time. I'm closing down this thread.

Thanks.
