I have attached my business card that Keith from KBK Graphx just did. He is super professional and very fast! Price was right too!

How do you work your; "It Leaks - We Pay" guarantee?

Do you pay them some set fee, or do you mean you pay to have the work repaired?

He may have left an "r" out of pay..... or else not his attorney provided the verbiage

Snazzy card, I like it. Does it fit in a wallet?

Our Leak Free Guarantee states that if you have a leak related to the roof we will come out and repair it for free and we also pay you $250.00 for the inconvenience. But you have to keep in mind that i have an outstanding crew that does out of this world work. For instance all our chimneys are saw cut. So you dont want to offer this if you are selling low ball jobs and doing subpar work!

With everything that is going on i am finding that you definitely have to think out of the box! We do things that no one else in the area is doing! But thats what it takes to stay ahead of the game!
We just had a huge storm last weekend. Money from heaven! I just sent in an estimate to Citizens for $11,000 for a roof job! Gotta love high winds and hail!!

It has happened to me in the past, when I copy/pasted some of my fine print clauses from my contract onto here also.

Re: Business Card From KBK Graphx

I am having Keith work on my flyers this week and i will post them when he's done! Just ordered my yard signs and they will be here this week as well! Can't wait to get them up. No roofing companies around here use them. They only put them in yards of completed homes.
Yards signs are a powerful tool and way underutilized in our industry where i live!

Re: Business Card From KBK Graphx

Besides Jobs that you worked on or are currently working on, which other yards do you plan on putting your Job Signs in?

Darwin,
Thanks!! I think they came out great too!

Ed,
I will be putting my signs at a few major intersections, but mostly at the entrance of subdivisions that have a lot of homes that need roofs!
I go to the homeowner who has the first house into the subdivision and ask them "how would you like to make the easiest money you have ever made?" Let me put my sign in your yard and for every roof i get in the sub i will pay you $100.00. Lots of homeowners like it!
Gotta think outside the box to prosper in this game!
