Branding and Trademarking....

Does anybody know the cost of trademarking...

I am in the process of building a specialized trademark with the plan of selling out the the big dog in town...

They don't even see it coming!

HA!

Any info, thoughts and advice would be appreciated.

I would also seek out an attorney who specializes in patents and trademarks. For any services you need, such as design, packaging, etc., you'll need a Confidentiality Agreement signed by your vendors.
