Best Direct Mail Lists

Now I know existing customers is the best, but when you are the new guy in town that is not an option.

I have personally been playing with quantumdigital.com and they will let me target lists of homeowners, but I am still figuring things out.

So my question to all you construction marketing veterans is:

What mailing list do you use and where do you get them?

SALES GENIE/ INFO. USA......THERE IS A MONTHLY FEE,....BUT ANOTHER GOOD ONE WOULD BE WHITEPAGES.COM..EXCELLENT FOR GETTING ADDRESSES AROUND COMPLETED JOBS.--THE BEST PART--IT'S FREE.

What about local post office?

I would assume their addresses ar upt o date...or public assessors website
