hey guys, i just finished working on a large scale condominium project, The units are high end putting emphasis on the kitchens and bathrooms however the living space was finished rather bare leaving it upto the owner to move in and customize the space to their liking. I convinced a colleague that we should team up and advertise our services to build custom built ins and mantles to complete the suites. i am looking for some input on the best way to advertise our services to the owners. i have some experience in sketching renderings and was thinking about fitting a few sketches onto a page and making a flyer. what are your ideas?

IMO a finished picture of your work would look much better than a sketch. If you don't have a photo of past work that would be similar, maybe you could do a mock-up.

A couple of satisfied customers will help spread the word. Also the association can be a great help for getting the word out. Sometimes there are newsletters that you can advertise in with condo associations. I'd go with the real photo suggestion.

Could you go into a unit - build a mantel or build it to show your work , if you don't have pictures? It would show your quality -

It would be small enough.

How about hand writing - on invitation size - about how you upgraded for someone else and to call you for a quote. Send to all the owners in the project.

Don't forget - Go to the Model / Developer and offer them a commission if you could show your work in the model.
