Advertising, Marketing, Lead Generation Ideas?

Hey pros,

Just wanted to reach out and see what's working really well across the states to generate good quality residential painting leads?

Any and all successful marketing strategies I'd like to hear about?

lots of gimmicks out there, but I'm interested in proven successes as I'm sure we all are...so let's trade some ideas!

Thanks

Re: Advertising, Marketing, Lead Generation Ideas?

I recently read a suggestion that in our industry we should spend 80% of our marketing budget on farming leads from our existing and past customers and the other 20% on what ever wild as* idea you want to fall in love with. Bottom line is, do good work, make customers forever customers and you will be on a path to success. I thought it was a good suggestion. mike
