You Know You've Got A Red Flag Customer When.....

Alright guys you know you have a bad customer when they say....

You know I don't want to get any permits, right. So make sure you don't include that in your estimate.

My uncle is in this bussiness so he knows what it should cost!

I already priced the materials out, about $1300 should cover them. (it was for a 24'x12' deck)

So what are some good ones you guys have heard?

Dave

...or you get this in your email from a prospect (highlights are mine).

I do give the guy credit for being very clear about what he wanted.

I replaced the lockset on the front door of the apartment I was renting from my great grandfather and he said "How much did that cost? About 10 bucks?" ....

This was in a $800k-1.2M (neighborhood range) house, and you should have seen the pics that he was sending me about how he wanted his project done...very detailed/expensive work.

And I ran, I ran so far away....
