When your crew comes up to you and asks what are you buying us for lunch today 'Boss'.

When you have to tell the sub(s) I'm sure that you have all the brains and tools you need to perform the task at hand and he looks at you 'Well I am going to need this or that or I broke my _____ (tool(s) and you need to replace it before I can finish (Yeah Right).

Show another someone that has been in the trades forever how to make it really look right...in my eyes of course.
