How many of you are getting work from realtors or banks to fix up foreclosed homes?

They usually sell as is .

Most realtors are interested in bottom line , it's all mine attitude.

Forget the banks. They just want here coin back , and not interested in ANY improvements .

I have done some but, its hard to get into. When you do the work for the banks it takes time to get paid and you have to put up the money to start the job they dont pay anything up front.

They are right, tough to break into if you are dealing with lender directly. But if you go around the bank and go to a company that outsources the work, you have a great chance to get in. Lots of lenders are repairing properties today, in certain parts of FL they are doing complete rehabs. Great business. I'm signed up with most of them but the ones who give me steady work are: REOtranz and *********.com

Take it for what it's worth!

You Don't do business with Banks directly, they suck. Do business with the go-between companies that service the banks. That way have to deal with the bank's bologne and not us.
