Winterizing Hud Houses


Can anyone tell me the going rate in the Midwest to charge for Winterizing a HUD home? Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I would almost call this a going rate post as no one wants to leave money on the table, over head not withstanding and HUD and the baks do have a going rate. This is your first post and you want to start with this? Your going to catch some flak and you deserve it.

Many variables going on with this question.....Boiler or forced air, and if boiler heated, how big of a system and how much glycol needed. 1,2 or 3 bath, on demand hot water heater or conventional. You see where I'm going or you shouldn't be winterizing anyplace. I would suggest you start with your local bank with a question like that.

chnbaker Hud has the info on there website. Here is the website, just find your state and there ya go.
