Windsor One Exterior Trim

Who else has had problems with Windsor One trim ? We have experienced serious problems with rot starting 3 to 5 years after installation. The 1st 2 years it was on the market, we installed as will did regular pine for ever. Then we received instructions from Windsor One. Priming cuts was the main issue. We did do this as before, but this product which was made from Radiata pine, does not hold up. We have multiple projects that we are replacing the trim with another product and pursueing the matter through our supplier. Rot starting in the middle of the board, tiny splits coming in from the ends, exposed trim the worst, like decks, window trim, corner boards, fascia. Let me know who else. Thanks..Allen Mitchell (allen@mccormickbuilders.com)
