Why Quality Craftsmanship Is Key.

Today I called a guy asking about a W2. I already recieved it in the mail but needed a reason to call not looking like I need anything other than to tie up some loose ends.

He asked if I was working. I told him "I was working for the guy that refered me to you but thing were slowing down a little till we get some foundos in. Needless to say I told him I could be available. They pay over prevailing wage so I'd be crazy to say no.

Number one reason why hacking today gone tomorrow fly at night by the seat of my pants attitude will never be on my mind.

Perfect example.

I know in the trades it often seems more beneficial to hack it in quick and get paid, but you can't put a price on an excellent reputation.

I went on 3 est.s today. #1 severe water damage from hurricanes, ceilings, walls, flooring and new kitch, all basic, $175K to play with. #2, same thing with $100K. #3 same thing with $350. Day end score 100%
How? Reputation!
