I did a ninja move a ways back. Not a sloped roof a flat one. Walked off rolling out base sheet I think. Like you I was lucky it was low enough not to really get hurt. I remember putting my hands to my sides to keep my hammer in place. Landed on feet but jammed my fingers/ wrist.

Looks like a nice deck and easy roof BTW
