Who Are These Guys?

I'm checking my rank on Google for refacing and these guys beat me, I am on page one but they bumped me out of the top spot today. Ever heard of them?

That is not even close to the thread name, but it is something like that!!!

Paul, I will fill out the form to see if anyone calls BUT I suspect that I will get a call from SM instead of a cabinet person.

Maybe I'm just tired and cynical after being tired and cynical all day.

Service Magic is my guess, I checked their page source and they have every state listed. I was curious because I've been checking since my new site went up and never saw these guys before.

Silvertree - just filled in the form and the last page asked if I wanted plumbing, elec, windows, etc

Service Magic has a bagillion back links all over the internet to their web site, that's why they rank high on Google.

But there are ways to rank right up there with them. Just do a search for,

Roofing Siding Gutters on Google. :P

Check the BBB website and see if they are legit. I tried clicking on the BBB Logo but there is no link. Most likely this is SM Or one of there ilk.

Google hates these types of companies & prefers local businesses - they may make it up there for a day or two, but when they are found out, they get dropped down the list, unlike Microsofts search engines

Why don't you set up a 'bot to attempt to visit your site every minute, 24 hours a day non-stop? Seems like you'd get your fill of hits then...
