Where To Buy Materials At Discount

I am in Austin Texas and scheduled to built 6 to 12 duplexes. Am looking
for sources to buy building materials at discount.

Any suggestions is appreciated.

6 to 12 duplexes? And your bargan shopping? Sorry thats just knida odd.

Projects of that size and nature usually require bids for labor +. If you spend your time picking at the small details you could be thier awhile.
