What Are Your Thoughts? What Does Illegal Labor Do To The American Trades Person And

The whole illegal question and tread are gone after the site was brought back to life. Why? A bunch of great responses are gone. So I asked an open ended question again to get some viewpoints from fellow tradespeople on what is going on. What is the benefits and detriments of the illegal labor and businesses using and supported by them in the trades in America? Is this question religous or political as someone suggested, or is it a question for real discussion?

Okay, we'll try this again.
This is not a site for
religious and political arguments
and discussions.
We have a section here for
regular members, but that isn't
the main focus of CT.
If you want to be a contributing
member, you will have access to
the Politics and Religion forum
in time.
It's nice to keep this part of the
board for construction talk, and
relaxation.

Who benefits who looses? Do we as American legal contractors have any obligation to our home and country to take a stand? And what stand is that?
I couldn't care less about it. It ranks about 180th on my list of concerns.

It ranks higher on my list, but as neo pointed out, this is not the place for that discussion.

WWFB,

Post a few more times and jump in on the discussion in the P&R area, I would like to hear your point of view.

Unfortunately these topics can't be discussed by a lot of people without things getting out of hand. We had one idiot suggest that we line people up and shoot them. It happens every time these topics get brought up so that's why we have a politics and religion forum that's private and only established members can see it.

Your thread was moved to that section and we aren't going to do this again. This thread is closed. Please don't start another discussion on this topic until you gain access to the Politics and Religion area.

Thanks.
