What Types Of Insurance To Carry?
I have general liability insurance and some insurance to cover tool theft(forget what that's called). What types of insurance or ryders do you guys have or are out there? I'm just wondering if there is any other insurances i should be carrying in addition to what i have now. Thanks

Re: What Types Of Insurance To Carry?
The best insurance is what you put in your contract.
After that, workers comp and completed opperations is recommended. You know what comp is for. Completed opperations protects you if something happens after you finish the job. Lets say a year later, a tile falls of the roof and hurts someone. This insurance would protect you. You might also want errors and ommissions insurance. And finally, you need the insurance provide you by creating a good asset protection strategy. That is the best insurance you can have. |
