I have a competitor in the next town that does crawl spaces with a wheel barrow, shovel, trowel and some twine string.

He might have a level, but you wouldn't know it from the looks of the walls.

I wouldn't be suprised if he will lay them for .50 cents.

oh yeah, he has an ice cream pail for measuring sand and mortar.

Rusk - please tell me you didn't open up this can of worms again

Laborer wins, each trade has a low cost of entry for basic hand tools - but just as framers get air guns, forklifts, etc... the cost goes up. Same with drywallers with automatic tapers, painters with sprayers, etc...

I thought of that for a minute, but they need screw gun, T-square, utility knife, and a big dube hanging out of their mouth.
