Masonry is simple, one on top of two, yet complex. ie arches, fireplaces etc.
Looks and is a high end finished product and it lasts as long as your willing to take care of it. Call an Egyptian for the expected life span of quality masonry. Do it right the first time and you can enjoy looking at it for 50 years. not too many other building products you can say that about. It's not just for breakfast anymore!

Being able to help people with their homes. At the end of a job standing back, taking a look and saying "I did THAT!", with my pride shining brightly. Oh yah.....and the money!

Solving problems, weather it is with design issues, "engineering" Planning & building approvals, even cost and scheduling issues. Which is kind of weird since when I started in construction I thought that I would want to do this kind of stuff. I only wanted to do the physical construction.

When I was building decks I loved watching the client walk into their backyard and take one look at their new deck and just stand up on their toes and start doing the HAPPY dance!

 That I get to use the hard learned knowledge that has taken years of putting up with dickhead foremen and bosses to learn. To show my son that He doesn't have to have a mundane life, that he can go after what he likes and make money and live the way he wants to live.. a ton of different things about what we do I love
