I would like to here from some guys out there on the west coast. I'm new to the site and when I talk to my friends about the bids you guys post they dont belive me on some of the stuff. On the roofing page 300-400 a sq decks 50 bucks a ft I would love to see some of that coming from my area. Dont get me wrong I'm not saying any thing bad about your bids I think its great and Im sure its a great job they are getting just wanted to see how it is out here

I live about 16 miles west of the golden gate bridge. Older home we've been renovating is worth about 4 1/2 mil. In Tiberon ,on a hill with about 2 acres. Beautiful view of bay including G G Bridge. House next dood is listed for 5 1/2 mil. Been there 15 Months T+M. Have a good rep. and we do great work. WE own a 4 bedroom home worth around $900,000.
This is an eilcher only 1700 sq. ft. We also work in S.F. Left Mass in 1978
thank God. I am lucky to work with My son ,and We have a good client base. Next home is one in Sausilto below the waldo tunnel.Being drawn now. Permits will take a while. Plenty of work here If your are established. People have some money here. P' S. Please don't come!
