Website Questions...
Do you do your own website or did you pay someone to do it for you? If you did it yourself, what software did/ do you use and how much experience do you have with doing a website or the program? If you used someone, who did you use and would you recommend them?

Re: Website Questions...
I did my own using "DreamweaverC4." I built it three months ago and I had no website experience what so ever. Just follow the instruction and do a lot of research, do all of your on page "SEO" before you publish your website.

Re: Website Questions...
I use EvrSoft First Page. It's not a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor, so some coding experience is necessary.

Re: Website Questions...
You may wish to take a look at Word Press, a free web site design software that's pretty easy to use and maintain.
http://wordpress.org/ The benefit is that it is a blog software so you won't need a separate blog but can still set it up like a web site. Very good software. |

Re: Website Questions...
I like many do it ourselves contractors did a website myself. It was ok and told the basics. But when I hired a pro to make and MANAGE my site it was incredible. We hire tradesmen all the time because they are better and higher skilled for a project then we are. It only makes sense to use a professional for this. Check them out and educate yourself on what they can do. It will be worth it.
