I don't understand this guy.

He talks about enforcing safety and making sure everyone does their job safely, yet I did not see one hardhat in the entire video and I'm pretty sure I saw a few running shoes. He also said that it is inline with his insurance premiums. Does he insure his illegal workers??

He also talked about how the hispanic consumer population will have a large amount of disposable income. Didn't they hire these guys in the first place so they could pay them less?

It has absolutely ruined some specific construction trades. AS if things weren't bad enough, with trying to get our young people to work......There's no hope now that the illegals have pushed the wages down below reasonable/sustainable levels.
