Walkout Basement

I am looking at buying a stock floor plan that includes the plans for a full
basement . I will most likely want to make this a walkout basement with windows,
2 entry doors and a small 1 car garage door. Will a experienced GC be able to modify the basement foundation to walkout without much problem or should I have the Plan house “customize” the plans for this?
Also , what are the pluses/minuses to converting the rear wall (exposed walkout wall)
to lumber instead of block and should a GC be able to modify the plans for this too?

Thanks

It really depends on where the job is. If it's in a Metro area that requires inspections, you need an engineered set of drawings. Make sure who ever does it knows what they are doing.

I second the fill out the location on your profile!
