Anyone have any experience with this company? I met a "franchisee" that is opening in my area at a home show yesterday. They help homeowners work as their own general. They will put you on their preferred vendor list as a sub the ho can choose from.
How do the GC's feel about this?

Honestly, I think it would be a hell of a qualifier for a prospect.


someone that would want to go that route does not fit the characteristics of my target market.

i think it would be a great seperation of cheap wads vs. those looking for professional quality and service.


owner-build projects are not a new thing ... neither are consultation services that cater to that market.





if anything --- as a painter --- first thing I'd be doing is trying to get on their list as a sub
