Truckers, Shippers, Brokers, Border Questions

Guys right now I have a staircase stuck at the US/Canada border that customs will not clear. They said a shipped broker is needed to clear the stair or some sort. My stair company apparently used some non registered broker or customs cant find his name in the computer.

Driver is stuck at the border with my stair and other freight.

Is there anyway I can get ahold of a broker to clear this stair now?

Try Customs web site or search for Customs Broker. They know what to do.
