Trim Labor Costs

What is the average you guys are paying to have your houses trimmed and how are the trim guys charging? I know some who do it by the sq ft, some who do total ln ft, and some who just go in and say "ah, i can do it for this". I am just wondering if anyone uses any real rhyme or reason as far as charging per door, per window, per foot of base-crown-chair, etc and what an average price would be.
Thanks for your input

Re: Trim Labor Costs

Unfortunately I'm not kidding. The new construction market is flooded with guys who keep driving down the prices out here. I was paid double the prices now back in the late 80's. It's exactly why I only do residential work now....
