trailer with shelving for everything, few buckets and bins to put stuff in for the day, wheel barrow to move the buckets and bins to work area. you fill the buckets in the morning, move it with the wheel barrow. if you're going to use it tomorrow, leave it in the bucket, if not, put it in it's home.

i personally like the idea of a hatchback with the back seat down with large amounts of handtools rolling around between power tool cases mixed in with empty large coffee cups, so when you need a specific hand tool you gotta clean coffee residue off it

Some lady (a customer) actually called the cops on my brother when he was taking milk crates from behind Costco once. I got a good laugh out of that.

Those big bins are nice but anyone come up with a way to organize your tools in them instead of just piling one tool on top of another?

get big enough so that you need multiples of everything to keep the crew stocked in gear, that way only type of each tool goes into a bin
other wise have a drill bin (only cordless or corded go in it along with cases of bits, and so on

If you guys want to see a really easy and serious way to have a rolling organized tool crib, check out Festools systainers, sortainers and sysports. They are kind of pricey, but worth it especially if you have any of thier tools, and even if you dont. Try Lift and Lock also, I have been looking at those but still keep leaning back towards systainers.

Stanley has a rolling tool box series called Fat Max. I just got hte $80.00 size at Home Depot. This will be used only for resturant exhaust cleaning. I know of three others in my trade who use them and they seem to hold up to bouncing in and out of the truck.

I just one of those, or a similar one on sale real cheap, I almost bought it, but wasn't sure how durable they are, now I know, maybe next time.
