I have a property management company that is looking for a general contractors license so we can expand the work we do. I would be willing to pay $250.00 per month without you working to be able use your license. I already have plumbers, electricians, and framers that work within my company.

OMGosh. Doesn't that fall under the category of mis-use of a license or license fraud? I wonder if the CSLB has already seen this ad? I'm sure someone's reported it. Anyone who falls for this is liable for any work estimated or performed under their license, even if they don't do the bids or the work. I certainly hope no one does.

Incredible.

California Contractors Law

'There is ownership of at least 20 percent of the equity for which the person acts as a qualifier'

And the qualifier is 100% responsible for that companies operations.

How does he have plumbers, electricians and framers working for him when he doesn't have a lic.

Perfect candidate for our SWIFT Team
