Tips And Tricks For Supervisors Managers
Well lets have it! me I am a Construction Engineer based mainly in the electrical feild but on heavy industrial or petrochemical sites

Some of the skills we all have it would be good to share at this level, I will start off with one, Gant charts who else uses Microsoft project? I am currently about to kick off a new project which is a new well site being drilled in Taranaki New Zealand

one trick you can use is carry around a billy club. if anyone gets out of line, you know what to do.

Gant charts are good....also I recommend that you don't run with scissors.

put pencil with the sharp end facing down when you put it on your tool belt. that way you dont poke yourself in the hand.
